(06/30/19)- An Essexville man dies after police say he drove into a ditch filled with water.
It happened Saturday night on Nolet Road in Hampton Township.
Police say the 25 year-old driver was found dead inside the vehicle, with his seat-belt still on.
His passenger, a 22 year old woman-- was able to free herself from the vehicle.
Investigators say alcohol may be a factor.
An autopsy is scheduled sometime this week.
