(02/23/19) - The cause of a fire at a mid-Michigan restaurant is under investigation this morning.
The Salvation Army of Genesee County EDS Team says it was called out the Long John Silver's on Pierson Rd to feed & hydrate first responders.
There is no official word yet on what may have sparked the fire that caused temporary road closures.
The Salvation Army thanked Fire Departments, EMT's and law enforcement for their service through a Facebook post.
Just after 8 a.m. fire crews were called back out to the scene because of smoke showing.
